Foldable
The VPW features a foldable machine table that can be positioned vertically with gas spring support, reducing the depth requirement to 45 cm when not in use.

With the additional vacuum connection, you can use auxiliary vacuum devices such as vacuum clamps, vacuum suction cups, or vacuum bags.
Vacuum pump & vacuum tank
This model is available in two variants.
The Basic variant features a dry-running vacuum pump (25 m³/h), which enables a pressing pressure of up to 8.5 t/m².
The Professional variant is equipped with an oil-lubricated vacuum pump (40 m³/h) and reaches a pressing pressure of up to 10 t/m².
Both variants are equipped with a 100-liter vacuum tank.

The VPW is a true space-saver, requiring just 45 cm in depth when folded up. This machine was specifically developed for confined spaces, with the requirement to maintain all the advantages of vacuum pressing.
For the vacuum pump, you can choose between an oil-lubricated or a dry-running vacuum pump.
Both versions feature the VAK-CONTROL 1 digital vacuum control.
The vacuum pump and the vacuum tank are installed under the machine to save space.
The VPW folding vacuum press has a standard depth of 1320 mm and is available in three lengths: 2500, 3000, and 3500 mm. The welded frame construction ensures maximum stability. Side-mounted gas pressure springs support the folding of the machine against the wall.
The steel feet attached to the front can be easily removed when
folded up and placed into the provided fixtures.
Both models are equipped with a natural rubber membrane, which possesses the highest values for elasticity, resilience, and notch toughness.
For thermoplastic forming, the VPW models are of course also available with a temperature-resistant silicone membrane.
