Swiveling
The VPS features a swiveling machine table, which reduces the depth requirement to 82 cm when folded.

The standard integrated chassis allows the machine to be used flexibly throughout the entire operation.

With the additional vacuum connection, you can use auxiliary vacuum devices such as vacuum clamps, vacuum suction cups, or vacuum bags.
Vacuum Pump & Vacuum Tank
This model is available in two variants.
The Basic variant features a dry-running vacuum pump (25 m³/h), which allows a pressing pressure of up to 8.5 t/m². It is also equipped with a 100-liter vacuum tank.
The Professional variant is equipped with an oil-lubricated vacuum pump (40 m³/h) and achieves a pressing pressure of up to 10 t/m².
It is also equipped with a vacuum tank with a total capacity of 200 liters.
Cover Plate
With a cover plate, you protect the membrane from UV radiation and transform your vacuum press with chassis into a flexible, mobile workbench.

If you have limited space in your workshop but do not want to compromise on quality and performance, the VPS Basic / Professional is available to you. The swiveling vacuum press has a standard depth of 1420 mm and is available in three lengths: 2500, 3000, and 3500 mm.
When swiveled, the VPS only requires a footprint of 800 mm in depth. This gives you even more flexibility, as the machine can also be moved through narrow doorways, while the welded frame construction ensures maximum stability.
The optionally installed, oil-lubricated vacuum pump, which generates a vacuum of up to 99.9%, provides a pressure of up to 10 t/m². Supported by up to 200 liters of vacuum tank volume, you can evacuate the pressing chamber at record speed.
The digital vacuum control VAK-CONTROL 1 in combination with the automatic shut-off ensures high operating comfort and offers you full control over the switch-on and switch-off points of your vacuum press.
To enable the most flexible use of your vacuum press, it is equipped with a chassis and can even be used as a mobile workbench with the optional cover plate.
