Our innovative clamping profile enables you to replace damaged membranes yourself.
Vacuum distribution plate
The standard slotted plate ensures optimal vacuum distribution, provides a flat surface without slots or suction holes, and protects the worktop underneath.
If it becomes dirty or damaged, it can easily be sanded or replaced depending on the extent of the impairment.
Chassis
The optional chassis allows the machine to be used flexibly throughout your operation.
Control
With the digital vacuum control VAK-CONTROL 1, the vacuum pump’s switch-on and switch-off points can be set precisely to the millibar.
The automatic shut-off also ensures low energy consumption.
Vacuum pump & vacuum tank
This model is equipped with a powerful dry-running vacuum pump (25 m³/h) and a 100-liter vacuum tank.
This enables a pressing pressure of up to 8.5 t/m².
Cover plate
A cover plate protects the membrane from UV radiation and turns your vacuum press into a flexible worktable that can be used throughout your operation with the optional chassis.

The VP Basic is a cost-effective entry-level vacuum press without compromising on quality.
The vacuum press is equipped with a powerful dry-running 25 m³/h vacuum pump and a 100-liter vacuum tank. The coated worktop is very robust and, together with the standard vacuum distribution plate, provides fast and even vacuum across the entire working surface.
Your VP Basic is ideally suited for all typical woodworking applications such as veneering, wrapping, laminating with HPL, or forming workpieces. With a silicone membrane, you can also carry out thermoplastic forming of solid-surface materials or plastics.
To use your vacuum press as flexibly as possible, you can equip it with an optional chassis. An optional cover plate is also available, allowing the VP Basic to be used as a mobile worktable. The digital vacuum control VAK-CONTROL 1 in combination with the automatic shut-off ensures a high level of operating convenience and gives you full control over your vacuum press’s switch-on and switch-off points.
