Vacuum Distribution Plate
The standard slotted plate ensures optimal vacuum distribution, provides a flat surface without slots or suction holes, and protects the underlying worktop.
In case of contamination or damage, it can be easily sanded or replaced depending on the degree of impairment.
Chassis
The standard built-in chassis allows the machine to be used flexibly throughout the entire operation.
Additional Vacuum Connection
With the additional vacuum connection, you can use vacuum accessories such as vacuum clamps, vacuum suction cups, or vacuum bags.
Control System
With the digital vacuum control VAK-CONTROL 1, the on and off points of the vacuum pump can be set precisely to the millibar.
The automatic shut-off also ensures low energy consumption. The optional MAX-CONTROL system significantly expands the functions.
The MAX-CONTROL PLUS option offers all MAX-CONTROL functions plus press time control.
Vacuum Pump & Vacuum Tank
This model is equipped with a powerful, oil-lubricated vacuum pump (40 m³/h) and a 270-liter vacuum tank.
This allows a pressing pressure of up to 10 t/m².
Cover Plate
With a cover plate, you protect the membrane from UV radiation and transform your vacuum press with chassis into a flexible, mobile workbench.
