Drawers & Storage
Spacious drawers make optimal use of the space in the machine table of a vacuum press for the first time.

Casters
The standard caster system allows the machine to be used flexibly throughout the facility.

Control
The VMP Premium comes standard with the MAX-CONTROL control system. This control system offers, among other features, 3 program memory slots, a timer, a continuous run mode, the ability to set pressure as a percentage of ambient air pressure, as well as additional functions.
The MAX-CONTROL PLUS option includes all functions of MAX-CONTROL and additionally offers press time control.
Vacuum Pump & Vacuum Tank
This model is equipped with a powerful oil-lubricated vacuum pump (40 m³/h) and a 270-liter vacuum tank.
This enables a pressing pressure of up to 10 t/m².
Cover Plate
With a cover plate, you protect the membrane from UV radiation and transform your vacuum press with casters into a flexible, mobile work table.

With three spacious DRAWERS, the space under the work surface of a vacuum press is optimally utilized for the first time. Glue, inserts, clamps, adhesive tape, and other utensils have their place here and are always immediately available.
A pull-out SHELF serves as a place to set down glue rollers and tools, and to store plans from work preparation.
In the machine front, in addition to an additional VACUUM CONNECTION, there are two OUTLETS and a COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION. This provides the user with everything needed directly in front of the vacuum press to prepare materials, process workpieces, and ensure a perfect finish.
To perform these tasks, the user can utilize the sturdy COVER PLATE, which transforms the VMP Premium into a MOBILE WORK TABLE.
Through the PLC control with a clear TOUCHSCREEN, the oil-lubricated vacuum pump with a suction volume of 40 m³/h and a 270-liter vacuum tank can be perfectly controlled. Various programs are available for this purpose, from which the user can conveniently choose: For example, one program incorporates the ambient air pressure into the calculation of the shut-off point. However, since this technology alone only provides process reliability for maximum performance—as 50% of the ambient air pressure would yield a different value daily—we have developed appropriate solutions for this as well.
