Preheating station
The VMP HeatUp features a preheating station integrated into the machine table, which is installed as a drawer.
The temperature is achieved through silicone heating mats or an aluminum heating plate.
UpRight
The optional UpRight hydraulic opening and closing system opens and closes the membrane frame parallel to the table top.
This system minimizes the risk of the material slipping unintentionally.
Control System
Our vacuum presses with heating are equipped with a Siemens PLC as standard.
This controls the vacuum pump as well as the heating and ventilation elements and enables, for example, the programming of heating curves and a data logger function.
Vacuum pump & vacuum tank
This model is equipped with a powerful, oil-lubricated vacuum pump (40 m³/h) and two 100-liter vacuum tanks.
This enables a pressing pressure of up to 10 t/m².

The VMP HeatUp product family, featuring the Professional and Industrial models, is an innovative “one-machine solution” for the thermoplastic forming of various solid surface materials and plastics, as well as for pressing applications in woodworking.
Solid surface materials and thermoplastics (such as ABS, acrylic glass, Kydex, etc.) can be heated without tension in the integrated preheating station.
The technology consists of direct contact heating by means of an electric aluminum heating plate, which guarantees gentle and homogeneous heat distribution over the entire surface and thickness of your material.
The welded frame construction also ensures maximum stability. The standard oil-lubricated vacuum pump, which generates a vacuum of up to 99.9%, provides a pressure of up to 10 t/m². Supported by a total vacuum tank volume of 200 liters, you can evacuate the pressing chamber in record speed.
In terms of convenience, the VMP HeatUp offers a standard PLC control with touchscreen operation. This includes both a manual and an automatic mode. Optionally, the PLC features a data logger for vacuum and temperature to meet even demanding process requirements.
