Heating Hood
The VMP AirFlow features a circulating air heating hood mounted above the membrane frame.
The fully insulated hood and the air guidance system with multiple fans ensure optimal heat distribution.
Chassis
The standard chassis allows flexible use of the machine throughout the entire facility.
Control System
Our vacuum presses with heating are equipped as standard with a Siemens PLC.
This controls the vacuum pump as well as the heating and ventilation elements and enables, for example, programming of heating curves and a data logger function.
Vacuum Pump & Vacuum Tank
This model is equipped with a powerful oil-lubricated vacuum pump (40 m³/h) and a 270-liter vacuum tank.
This enables a pressing pressure of up to 10 t/m².

With a temperature of up to 100°C in the Professional model version and 160°C as Industrial, the VMP AirFlow impresses not only with its outstanding heat distribution, but also with a heating capacity of up to 18 kWh.
This gives you the ability to activate adhesives and make materials more pliable. Particularly in the automotive industry, corresponding adhesives are used when covering dashboards and interior panels with leather.
The welded frame construction also ensures maximum stability.
The standard oil-lubricated vacuum pump provides pressure of up to 10 t/m², generating a vacuum of up to 99.9%.
Supported by a 270-liter vacuum tank, you evacuate the pressing chamber in record time.
In terms of comfort, the VMP AirFlow is distinguished by a standard PLC control with touchscreen operation, which offers both a manual operating mode and an automatic mode with selection of various programs.
As an optional feature, our PLC has a data logger for vacuum and temperature to meet the requirements of demanding processes.
