The HeatUp Industrial preheating station is a high-quality and intelligent preheating solution, developed with optimized heating technology for a stress-free heating process of mineral materials and thermoplastics (such as ABS, acrylic glass, Kydex, etc.).
The technology consists of direct contact heating using electric aluminum heating plates, which guarantee gentle and homogeneous heat distribution across the entire surface and thickness of your material.
The preheating solution is designed for production cycles with a vacuum press to efficiently utilize the heating/pressing time ratio and save electrical energy.
The preheating station features a digitally programmable temperature control system and an insulated closing system for even heat distribution, ensuring sustainable energy consumption.
