BM ONLINE: Work Simply and Organized

At Ligna, MSM Maschinenbau presents two new vacuum press models.

The VP-Professional, a cost-effective press for smaller workshops according to the manufacturer. It features digital pressure differential control, allowing the user to set the desired vacuum level and work with high process reliability. Additionally, an extra vacuum connection enables the use of a vacuum bag, for example for larger workpieces such as curved counter fronts.

As a highlight, MSM presents the VMP Premium model, which bridges the gap between a pure vacuum press and an organized workstation. Three spacious drawers beneath the worktop provide storage space for glue, inserts, clamps, adhesive tape, and other accessories. A pull-out shelf serves for placing auxiliary tools and storing plans. The machine front houses an additional vacuum connection, two power outlets, and a compressed air supply. This provides the user with everything needed directly at the press to prepare materials and process workpieces. Furthermore, the stable cover plate in combination with the press mounted on casters can be used as a mobile work table.

Via a PLC control with a clear touchscreen, the oil-lubricated vacuum pump with a suction volume of 40 m³/h and 250-liter vacuum tank can be controlled. The user can choose between various programs.
